This store is a way for us to upkeep the costs of maintaining and upgrading CryoCraft to make it the best server it can possibly be. Bedrock User Payments

If you are a bedrock user (Xbox, Playstation, Nintendo, Mobile, Minecraft for Windows) and would like to make a purchase on our store then in checkout you must place a '.' before your Minecraft username. For example: If my username was 'Steve' I would write in the checkout '.Steve'. Not doing this will result in you not receiving your purchase automatically, if you happen to make this mistake then open a ticket in our discord server and a member of staff will be happy to help.

Order Receiving Time

Depending on our server's capacity and the number of purchases happening at a time, it can take up to 5-10 minutes for you to receive your purchase, if you find yourself waiting any longer than this then don't hesitate to contact us through our ticketing system in the discord server.

Refunds

All payments made through this store are final and non-refundable. Charging back/disputing on PayPal will result in a permanent ban from all servers on the CryoCraft network, if you have any issues with receiving your purchase then don't open a PayPal dispute, instead, open a ticket in our discord server and our staff team will be more than happy to help you out.
